Late night dinner

Comments (0) Relationships

My late night dinner is never lonely. I’ll be surrounded by hungry-looking kids, eagerly waiting to savour the home-cooked ramen. Even Kopi joins in the fun.

A bowl is never enough, but it fills me with family bliss. And, a part of me doesn’t want them to grow up. I want us to stay this way.

Every now and then, we talk about past happy events and utter, “Those were the days…” with a tinge of joy and longingness to relive that wonderful moment. If you do drift back to the past, make it a brief trip, because the present is waiting for you to live in it and create wonders. And one day, you will think of this moment with fondness.
